No, reason is that we go by spot price and Monday thru Friday the spot price can change  through out the day Monday - Friday. So to get an accurate quote and an Honest quote you need to be given the price quote at the time the gold is weighed.
 

2. How long will it take?

The majority of our appointments take 10 to 20 minutes depending on the number and types of items you have.

3. Will we Travel To You?

No , for this we offer after hours service at one of our stores. We will arrange to meet at a mutually convenient time.  At this time we will provide you with pricing on your items, upon your acceptance of price we will then pay you in cash immediately.

Again depending on the number and types of items you can expect the process to take no more than 10-20 minutes.

There have been numerous reports of Illegal buyers/thief's wanting to meet you to buy your gold.

4. How are my items weighed?

 
We weigh and provide pricing in grams. And on a legal for trade scale certified by the state we do business in.

Word Of Caution: Many competitors provide pricing in Pennyweight or DWT's, you see 1 Pennyweight/DWT = 1.55 grams, this can make their prices appear deceptively high when in fact they are considerably lower than our prices.

5. How can I tell how much my items weigh?  

Without an accurate scale it is impossible to tell the exact weight of your pieces. If you'd like to get a rough idea of the weight of an item you can compare your things with either a Loonie or Quarter. A Loonie weighs 7 grams and a quarter weighs 5 grams. Put your item(s) in one hand and the appropriate numbers of Loonies or quarters in the other, you should be able to get a rough feel for the accurate weight.

6. Is my transaction confidential?

All transactions are confidential. At the time of sale we fill out a sellers bill of sale.

7. What if I'm not happy with the price you quote?

In the unlikely event you're not completely satisfied with your payment amount you are under no obligation to sell your items. We are a service business and never want to have an unhappy client.

8. What's the difference between DWT (Penny Weight) and Grams?

1 DWT or Penny Weight is equal to 1.55 grams.
